Tracking information shows it was delivered successfully on Sep. 19：
2018-09-19 18:06 - Russian Federation, Ufa 28 450028, Delivery, Delivery to the addressee

You'd better contact the sender to confirm your address. If there is no problem with it. Contact Russian Post to check it.
