The package was not delivered, but tracking says it was

I need help locating this package. Says that it was delivered but I have not received anything. The tracking has been all over the place. I’ve been to two days ago. It says it was out for delivery but today I checked and it says it was delivered on the 18th, I would prefer not to dispute the charge with my credit card, but I’m not receiving the merchandise that I paid for. I just want the items that I paid for. Please help. Listed below is my tracking number.

Tracking states package delivered.
I was home all day and it was not delivered. Advised to contact carrier. I can't find out which carrier supposedly delivered the package. The china post tracking is the only carrier shown. I need to know the time of delivery, the location it was delivered to and by whom it was delivered by. The only tracking number is have is china post #Am739165058cn
