The package has not flown from China for more than 10 days

I bought goods from a Chinese seller. He sent me a bag by EMS service. From November 21st. Until now, the status has not been updated. I assume that the parcel has stoned at customs in China. Tell me you can find my package and say exactly what the problem is? Track parcel number EA407999429CN

Hi Vyacheslav,

Don't worry about it. It's not stuck at the customs in China. I left China on Nov. 21 and on the way to Russia now. There will be further update when it arrives in Russia.
