The package doesn't move since March and the other since May. Asking for info.

Hi.
I have two parcel that doesn't move since a long.
One is RV432161155CN, I don't know if this is still in the way to my country (Chile) or something happened.
The other is UJ201503764CN, I asked to the seller and he didn't know whar happened to the package, He retuned me the money and said that probably I still can get the product.
I want to know if you have any extra information about this. I know that with the virus everything is taking more time than usual, but I want to be sure.

UJ201503764CN was delivered today, but the post office of my country never showed any update.
I write this in case someone has a similar situation and finds the information useful.
At the moment all my packages that were sent by china post have been delivered, but some have been delayed a lot, I imagine that due to the pandemic.
We have to be patient.

RV432161155CN was delivered by airline on May 30 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Chile after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in three months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
UJ201503764CN is sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update after March 19. It usually takes about 40-90 days to be delivered.
