The package delivered but i didn't receive nothing. The tracking number is wrong

It says that it was delivered but I didn't get nothing and also the tracking number is wrong, it has to be 2 letters 9 numbers and 2 letters and my tracking number has 3 letters 9 numbers and 2 letters.

Hi Lazaros,

If the tracking number is not right, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and ask for the right one to check. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
