The item tracking is not been updated

The consignment number EV970207386CN has been updated on 25 April as handed over to airline and after that the status is same after the lapse of 09 days. I wanted to receive the parcel before Eid, can you please track and help me about it.

Hi Farrukh,

It's sent by EMS. EMS is slow at present. It takes about 20-40 days to reach Pakistan after airline departs. There will be update when it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
