The Item is not moving RV314964541CN

My tracking number is showing Pudong, Shanghai Airlines from 19 January 2020 its almost more than 20 days with no update, can you please help in tracking my package.

Hi Dev,

It left China on Jan. 19 and is in transit to India now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
