The item I ordered and paid after almost two months has not arrived yet !

I would like to know where my article number is: 252095628586, ordered and paid on 09/08/2017, since I did not receive it from that date and I did not have any information about the shipment that has tracking number: ID18051194700393CN . Could I have your e-mail answer to that? Thanks so much .

HI Antimo Sciorio ,

252095628586 seems to be a wrong number. China Post ordinary packet's tracking number is composed of 11 digits but yours have 12 digits. For oridnary packet, it usually takes two or three months to reach if there no delay. It couldn't be tracked especially when it leaves China. You can only wait.
