The case of the disappearing parcel

I had a parcel on its way via China Post and was sent the tracking info. It supposedly was delivered successfully on March 15 - I neither have the parcel nor do I know who last had it (Canada Post, another delivery company, or something else). I have reached out to the seller with no response, and submitted a request to PayPal for a refund. The package did not magically find its way to my local post office depot either. Is there any other place I should be checking or inquiring with, or should I just give up on it? Tracking number is AQ848108290CN.

It should be delivered by Canada Post. I could only see AQ848108290CN was delivered on March 15. If the seller doesn't reply you, you can only waiting PayPal to refund you now.
