its been 3 weeks since the last update on my package, it shows arrival in canada on the 31 dec/24 then nothing after that.

This order was made on the 25th of october last year and has been extremelly hard to get a grip of where it is and when it will get here. Is there any garantee that it will even arrive at this point?
Don't to sound too picky but it was supposed to be a Christmas present and, as you can probably guess, that ship has sailed now.
