Lastest tracking information shows it was retained by customs:
2018-09-28 14:55 China, Retained by customs

You'd better contact the recipient in China to call China Post service number 11183 to ask how to get it.

Please advice, what is wrong with my parcels, eg. RU766984397CN , RU778176707CN
I have many many parcels like these, none delivered,
I have received other parcels coming through SG post, HK post and even SE post, but when it comes to CN post it just stop there??!?
