The tracking number I have been given has not updated since October 23rd. The package has been stuck in China for over 100 days. It was sent on Aug. 31, 2021, I still have not received anything. Nobody could tell me what is going on. This is a parcel that is destined for Canada as a SAL. It is not a small parcel and not I don't know where it is and who I can ask. The sender doesn't know either. What should I do? Parcel no: CP424464021CN

Hi pr5ehyp,

China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for it. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
