Did not received any package though system indicating parcel delivered.

Did not received any proof of delivered as well.

After 78 days (!!!) in your system it says that my parcel was delivered today 28.07,2020 and time 09:15 !!! To whom was it delivered? Because I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING !!!!! It is a pity for 20 and 30 euros to make us believe that we will get our package !!! Serious companies do not do that !!!
