i need to know why my parcel has been stuck because its status has been:
2022-04-05 19:28 South Africa, Arrived at Facility
i need someone to contact me with my email and tell me what is going on. i placed a order for 2 items as 1 order (at one company) on 11 March 2022 and for some reason they split the order so now i have had to wait for 2 items of which i only have received one today (i had to go and collect it at my local post office) but not the other one why is it that they would do that?
what the H*LL is going on i have never had to wait this long for a parcel before.

Thank you for your speedy reply but i have tried to contact the seller and the phone just keeps ringing and they do not reply on my e-mail all i want to know is why it has not moved (towards the last point so i can collect it at my local post office) Can you help me please i dont know what else to do.

In normal, SUNYOU is cooperate with your local postal service. When it arrives in South Africa, it should be handed over to South Africa Post's hand to deliver it to you.

Yes and they did that but i never got that tracking number for the South African postal serves so i can see where it is. (i only have the sunyou tracking number and the south african postal service can not use that one on theyr system to locate it)
It's sent by SunYou Express by the seller. It arrived in South Africa on April 6. You need to contact the seller to ask if there is another tracking number to track it when it's in South Africa. If it couldn't be delivered in time, you need to let the seller give you a solution as soon as possible.
