Receiver has been declared on 5 Dec, and there is another notice that require extra information on 7 Dec. However, when he wants to provide extra information, while input the number, system said no such number, can you help? Thanks.

If it's stuck in Guangzhou customs for over 7 days, it should be waiting for the receiver in mainland China to declare to the customs. You'd better contact the receiver in mainland China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.
