It show package was delivered it has a stamp time 15:17 today. I made sure package had correct address.i never got package tracking. AM372226735CN please help

I was home, no knock at the door, no doorbell rang. I check my porch frequently.
Can you please verify that this package was delivered to the correct address or to a
different address? I need proof of delivery.

Good afternoon my parcel it was successful delivered,but is no where to be found, I've contacted my neighbours, checked with everyone on the building and no one received it. Can you please help me with this subject as I'm waiting for this parcel since since December 2022. I'm getting very frustrated and I'm starting to realised that I was scammed. If this is a case that someone used one of your reference numbers, China Post must act towards the instigators, that may cause damage to your good name.
