Since this package is a surprise gift, the recipient in Shanghai has no knowledge regarding the presence of this package. Is there anyway for me (the foreigner sender) to submit the declaration materials to the customs myself? My tracking number is EZ006500565SG. Please check it out for me. Thank you

Recipient already submitted the declaration materials and receipt to the customsfor past one week now, but than the situation hasn't changed at all. How long should I wait? I really want to know what's going on here. Please help me.

I am sending a parcel to China with shipment number CY286806193DE, and the parcel is in customs for the last 3 months.
I understand the customs declaration materials should be submitted. But the customs declaration forms stating the details you mentioned in the last answer (importer details, goods description, value...) is attached on the surface of the parcel in an envelope.
The receiver asked us - the sender - to provide these details when we sent the parcel.
Could you please check the parcel again and see the documents attached.
