Thanks, the customs declaration forms stating the details you mentioned were attached to the parcel. The receiver asked us - the sender - to provide these details. Could you send us a template per email please? So we can follow up with the receiver.

The declaration materials usually include import declaration form ( importer details, goods description, value...), import contract or invoice, etc. The receiver in China need to submit the above prepared customs declaration materials to the customs declaration company or customs declaration window for declaration. Accurately fill in the goods information when declaring.
