Stuck with no update for a couple of months now

I have two packages that hasn't received any update for months now.

Hi hei,

They are sent by 4PX express. They are not normal that still haven't arrived in Canada. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

The package in question has been shipped with EMS, but it has been stuck in the ”Guangzhou City, has been handed over to the carrier transport” status for over 10 days. I had a couple of other packages shipped with EMS just a couple of weeks ago, and they have already arrived, what could be the problem?
