Stuck shipment to the Netherlands

Dear Mr. / MS.,

Could you please help me to locate a shipment which is stuck somewhere in the system.
Tracking nr: US153004700CN
It hasn’t moved since May 25.
What do I need to do to get this shipment going?

Hi Arie Offerman,

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it moves for some stations in China. So, you can't get more update after May 25. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.

I have noticed that some people have a problem with shipments that arrived on 01.12 in Liege. I have a shipment that has been stuck in Liege since 1st December and is not moving. I also have a shipment that arrived in Liege on 02.12 and has already been delivered to the destination coutry. Therefore, the problem is not because of Covid-19. Hello,

I have received this tracking nummer LZ032815925CN from a supplier in the Netherlands but I can't see if 1) this is a correct number from the supplier and 2) is this shipment belong to us as a receiver (last name Nieuwenhuis, city Steenwijk in the Netherlands). Can you confirm that this shipment is on its way to the correct address?

Hi,
I ordered a package (RU890749919NL) from China to Italy on 28 Nov 2021 and since December it has been stuck in Netherlands with this notification:
"The shipment is handed over in bulk final acceptance of the item to be confirmed"
I contacted Italian post service and they told me the package is still in Netherlands and they don't have additional information, I also contacted postNL and they told me the package is in transit so they don't know why it is stuck, the seller contacted the courier and they say it has arrived destination country but it is not true.
