Stuck shipment.

CV400346348CZ. My shipment is stuck somewhere. In my country, I filed a complaint with the carrier, no response. Here I am asking what the fate of the shipment is or will be. Without an answer. So who am I actually paying for what?

I have noticed that some people have a problem with shipments that arrived on 01.12 in Liege. I have a shipment that has been stuck in Liege since 1st December and is not moving. I also have a shipment that arrived in Liege on 02.12 and has already been delivered to the destination coutry. Therefore, the problem is not because of Covid-19. I first contacted the seller, then the post offices in Belgium and the Netherlands, and finally the airport and customs in Liege. No one can tell me why the shipment is stuck. I want some information, becouse there isn't logical explanation why the shipment from 01.12 in Liege is stucked and shipment from 02.12 in Liege is delivered in destination country.
