It may move but tracking information stops updating. If you couldn't get it within this month, better contact the sender to reflect the problem and get you a solution.

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
