Stuck package in destination country

My SHEIN package is stuck for more than 10 days in destination country! But that's not Slovenia. Last time I ordered for here the destination country vas via Austria so now I cant track it via custom services since the destination country is not my home country! Please help I wanted my clothes for new years eve. Track number: GSHMP934100J8WF

Sorry, I don't find any tracking information for GSHMP934100J8WF. What's the courier for it? You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller if you couldn't receive it in time.
