Hello, im waiting for my package since 11/09 & i still havent received it yet. Why is it taking so slow?

Hi Gerda,

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
