on approximately June 4th 2020 my package was sent it seems its stuck in a rotation between Beijing and Zhengzhou for a couple months now. i desperately need my pack and i would really apprciate any help anyone can help me with please

It didn't pass the check for many time and was delivered to air transport again on August 2. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. There should be update showing it arrives in the US in the next 20-50 days. If it's returned back again, you'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
