I have a parcel stuck at a sorting center that doesnt seem to be moving. It's my first time with ems.
Is it lost ? Is it left china ?

Hi Tats,

It's not lost. It's in transit to France now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
