Stuck on status

Hi, my parcel (EB782394218CN) is stuck on 飞机进港 (Aircraft entering the port) and im wondering where it is as I've ordered multiple other items in the past 2/3 weeks from guangzhou which have all arrived.

It's delivered by Parcelforce after it arrives in UK. Tracking information shows it's waiting you to pick up. You'd better contact Parcelforce to ask if you need to pick up at some place.
