Stuck on Out for Delivered

Hi, my package has been saying that it has been out for delivery for the past 2 weeks. My tracking number is AG357081693CN. It also shows that it is available for pickup in the icon, but still says out for delivery. When I enter that tracking number in my local courier website, it says that the label is created but it it not in the system yet. If someone could help me locate my package, I would appreciate it.
