So I ordered this a couple of weeks ago, and this is the tracking number EN072462197JP. the thing is, i ordered exress ems ,so it shoudl have been here by 7 days

Hi Carlos Menéndez,

It's shipped by Japan Post and is still in transit to Spain now. If you couldn't received in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
