Stuck on Arrive at the place of destination

My package has been stuck on “arrive at place of destination” since October 25th. Seller shipped to China Post using Yanwen (tracking number : UD719794624YP) and when I entered this tracking number on parcelsapp I was given a secondary tracking number (UU695035220CN). The first tracking number shows label created on the USPS website and the second doesn’t show as existing at all in the USPS website but when I called they said the second package with the China post tracking was delivered to a state across the country from me even though the tracking number doesn’t show as existing on their website. I’m just confused as to what’s going on and I’m worried I’m being scammed
