Stuck in Zhengzhou?

My package has been stuck at "Zhengzhou - Delivered to Air Transport" since April 1, 2020. Nothing has arrived to me in the US and the seller has disappeared from Etsy.

Hi Nabs,

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. If you couldn't get update before June 1, you'd better contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

I am a store owner and because of covid ePacket was not usable anymore. I had to change to china post. Since over 1 month I have over 100 packages stuck at: Zhengzhou City, leaving Zhengzhou International Processing Center, the next stop , Zhengzhou Terminal (via transfer)
