Stuck in transit?

I ordered a galaxy projector that was shipped in June, but the tracking hasn't moved since June 15 from Shenyang. I'm worried that it either got lost in transit or just isn't coming at all. I know that things are a bit slower due to the pandemic but I can't even reach the company that I bought this from. My tracking number is LY294303745CN and is an EMS parcel.

Hi tyrantduck,

It's still stuck in Shenyang now. I suggest you wait to August 15 and if there is still no update, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
