Hi Jo,

It's still stuck at the sorting centre in Guangzhou now. Due to the coronavirus, it's processed slowly and many packages are stuck now. Also, few flight to Singapore now which will make it delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update.

My ePacket to Hong Kong (LZ102132695CN) has been stuck in Guangzhou Sorting Center for over 5 days now. Is this normal? Thank you.

Hi there,
My packages apparently arrived at the UK sorting centre in October after I ordered them in September (so they were already taking a while to get here, but it's expected/understandable). Why have they still not arrived to me? The tracking shows that they have been stuck in the sorting centre here in the UK since October - that's two months! But I had two packages I ordered afterwards make it through to me. What's going on? Royal Mail hasn't received it but seller says it's in the country.
