Stuck in sorting center?

I placed my order LW568699289CN on 2/26/2020 and it has said arrived at sorting center since March 11. Is it lost there? I emailed the company and they said there are delays because of the virus.

It's in the US now. USPS is processing it and will deliver it to you recently.
