I have a package that I ordered in October, looks like it is stuck. It has been eleven days. AS553415533CN could you please look into it?

It's in transit to the US and is in the middle locations now. You'd better wait for more days to get more update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
