My package seems to be stuck. Last update is 7/6/2020 which states: Shanghai, delivered by airline. What does that mean? Is it waiting for an airline to come to the USA or is it being delivered by boat? Can someone tell me where my order is LS378578885CN?

27 packages have been stuck at shanghai airline for 2 months. What are they doing there exactly?? Are they dead or blind? What happened to my packages? Does the airplane crash? Or are they delivering it on foot?? Who will compensate me for these 27 packages??? Do not just keep telling me wait for more time since I have waited enough already! All the other packages which have been sent later arrived. If you can not contact airline then provide phone number or email. It does not make sense at all. If you dont know what happened to my packages then who knows ??!
Who is responsible for this disaster?????
I am really disappointed by such a lack of discipline.... What a shame for China Post!!!
