Stuck in Shanghai

Hello my package has been stuck in Shanghai for 2 weeks now. Can you tell me why? The company says it only takes 7-15 days for delivery. It has been close to 30 now. My tracking number is LS417666350CN.

Hi Russ,

It couldn't be delivered in 15 days. It's sent by e-packet and e-packet is slow at present. It usually takes about 30-60 days to be delivered for most packages. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

My package LZ786015936CN has been stuck as “ Shanghai, Arrival at Shanghai International Mail Exchange (via)” since April 13 after being bounced between several regional sorting centres back to back. What does that mean? Where is my parcel now?

My package has been stuck since the 19th of March in SHANGHAI. I want to know who can I contact for shipment updates? Putting in mind that I have contacted my local office post and they told me it's still in SHANGHAI.
