Stuck in LA

I have ordered a package via USPS and was delivered via China post
However my package has arrived in the US a while ago and it has not moved from LA
Now that it's in the US, why is it still stuck in transit?? Is there anything I can do to make it move faster? I have moved houses and I am worried about it being stolen in my last location so I am eager for it to move already. Help please AQ475209235CN
