I have been waiting for my package for almost a month. Tracking# LS242712501CN from China to the United States. The last update was on 2020-02-28 10:56 Hangzhou, delivered to air transport. It has been almost a month since last update. Please give me an estimate on how long you anticipate for package to leave China? Thank you.

Thank you for your quick reply. You said it takes around 20-40 days for update. It has now been 41 days since last update. Can you tell me what is going on with the package? When you said it's in transit to U.S., does it mean that it's between China & U.S. or that it's still in China? Just so you don't have to scroll up to my original question, my tracking # is LS242712501CN.

Hi Gail,
It was delivered to air transport on Feb. 28 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. I suggest you wait another ten days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the sender as soon as possible to get a solution.

EXACTLY the same situation here too, I have 4 separate epackets sitting in Hangzhou since February 28. The seller said they're delayed and probably haven't left China yet, and extended my protection period another 60 days. Nobody can tell me anything else except its "in transit" and "on its way", even though it's actually just sitting in Hangzhou this whole time waiting to get on a plane. Honestly we probably won't be seeing our packages for quite a while.

I have 3 items that I ordered through Wish on the 11th of May 2020. Is there a way to tell exactly when the shipments will leave the departure hub in China.
The tracking numbers are: RQ822398572CN, UH554059039CN and UH554059039CN.

Please provide an actual explanation for parcels endlessly looping and not leaving China. Not the "security fail" BS, we both know a nylon strap is harmless. Don't tell me to wait, or contact the seller, I've waited long enough already, and it clearly isn't the sellers fault. And unless the postal system is trying to keep the pandemic spreading through the mail, it's not CIVID either.
What's the deal? Someone want's more $? What is the problem.

It's in transit to the US now. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrvives in the US. Due to the coronavirus, it may be delayed.
