Stuck in GUANGZHOU, CHINA.

I sent my parcel back to China around Mid March. However even since it reached China, the status is hold in custom in GUANGZHOU, CHINA starting April 1st. It has been more than a month now. What is going on?
Tracking number is LH194723189US shipped from USA
