Stuck in Customs in Guangzhou for 24 days

Hi,
My tracking number is: EH019892463US
It shows as it is held in Customs in Guangzhou since 5/16/2021, which is 24 days ago. Please update me on the status of this parcel. Also please let me know how to push this item through current status so that it arrives to the recipient.

Hi andrewh120,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.

RE222504955CN This is my tracking number. I just want to know why after arriving to Beijing where it should be waiting for the next flight available, it went back to Shenzhen, agian. Please help.
