My package is stuck in customs. How do I get it out? My tracking number is CH102931571US. Please let me know. Thank you!

Hi Natalie Murphy,

You'd better wait for more days for it to be released. It usually takes about 7-15 days to be released. Also, ask the receiver in China if he received any notice about how to get it.
