Had a package returned to china from US customs for unknown reason EB787430946CN. Been stuck for 3 weeks just sitting at import customs. Seller continues to not be helpful... any idea what's going on?

It's stuck at the customs now. It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.
You can contact USPS to check the reason for return back. In most cases, there should be address for the package. So, they return it back.
