Hello, my parcel EV946916929CN did not move within network since beginning of december. I am aware it was christmas and also covid situation, but is this normal?

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in two months, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
