Stuck in "Arrived at customs office of departure country" for 3 days

My tracking number is: CP437362318CN
I shipped many packages with using the same shipping method before, but they never been stuck in that "
Arrived at customs office of departure country" status for more than a few hours...So I don't understand why is it stuck for more than 1 day...It worries me even more now that it's been 3 days and it is still stuck in that status. Does anyone else have experience with a package being stuck in that status for more than 3 days?

Hi Star,

It takes 1-7 days to pass the customs check in normal. You'd better wait for a week to see if it could be released. If no, contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.
