Thanks Daisy. However, we are another week on and 27 days into shipping with my item now having shown "Aircraft Arrival" for over 2 days. No idea even "where" the aircraft has arrived given there was another aircraft arrival on the 12th July.
Any help would be appreciated, or has the item now been lost? Many thanks.
