Stuck in Airline Departure

My order is stuck in "airline departure" in Korea since may 5th. Is this normal? Should I ask my seller to resend my order?

Hi guizaffari,

I suggest you wait for another 20-40 days to see if there is any update. It's in transit to Brazil now. There will be update when it arrives in Brazil.
