It's been more than a month since my RV575298958CN package is stuck in "arriving at the destination". There are no more updates since then
I ask Amazon customer service and they tell me that it is likely that the RV575298958CN package was lost in Customs
Is this true? RV575298958CN package lost in Customs? , then I will never receive it?

Hi Alicia,

It's stuck in the middle location now. I suggest you wait for another 20 days to see if you could receive it. If no, contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
