Please check why, because this is my second package that got stuck.

My parcels have not been delivered to me. The parcels was mailed on 28/04/20. and have been in transit for the past 72 days. The order number is as below.

Hello,
My orders by the tracking numbers: LY284550380CN and LY284550345CN have been stuck at “we have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece” for the past 45 DAYS. I keep contacting the seller of my items but they keep saying the same thing over and over again. Is it possible that you can inform me more of the status of my shipped items?

Not sure the detailed reason for stucking there. You'd better contact the seller as soon as possible to give you a solution about it.
