Stuck Departef Country of Origin

Hi, i want to ask something. My package status says "Departed country of Origin", it has been 10 days. and other status says "SingPost has reveived your order information, but not your item" what happened to my package?

It's stuck in Hong Kong now. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

My package is stuck in "departed country of origin" status since the last 12 days. In my experience if it lasts more then 4 days that men's the package is lost or something wrong with it. Can some one tell me where is the package stuck exactly .
